Therapeutic Massage |
---|
The therapeutic massage is a type of massage more dedicated to the healing of trauma or injury. We recommend the use of therapeutic massage in cases of muscle pain, aches, twinges, aches related to incorrect sleeping positions and in certain cases of postoperative recovery. The number of sessions required depends primarily on the state in which the patient feels during the treatment period. |
Relaxing Massage |
Relaxation massage is essentially the same as a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes. The primary purpose will be to help you relax, and the massage therapist will probably move at a slower pace and use light pressure. During a relaxation massage there is less emphasis on working out serious adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue and the therapist won't push your pain limits in order to get the muscle to release. Sometimes people even fall asleep during a relaxation massage. |
Bamboo Massage |
The bamboo cane replaces the therapist's hands, and it is able to give a deeper, firmer massage. The cane is held by the therapist and rolled over the muscle with the same strokes they would use with their hands. The muscle is then kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots. Similar to massage, it promotes circulation, relaxation and other general benefits. |
Hot Stone Massage |
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. |
Aromatherapy |
The benefits of treatment with aromatherapy come from the pleasant aromas of essences, which act quickly on the central nervous system, stimulating the production or inhibition of the production of hormones, secretions and chemical mediators that determine changes in the body, influencing mood, disposition , temperament and mood. |
Lymphatic Drainage |
The purpose of this massage is to stimulate, through gentle pressure with the hands, the lymphatic system: which is responsible for removing toxins and keep your immune system intact. This system runs throughout the body and has key points called lymph nodes. It is precisely these that have a where there is greater attention to that massage is more effective. |
Indian Head Massage |
The head, neck and face are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels. The goal is to clear blocks in these energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy that are purported to cause ailments. The belief is when the energy does not flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments, including stress, pain and nociception pains and aches, and baldness or hair loss. |
